SAFETY COMES FIRST

USE ONLY UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES!

  1. Mermaids should have at least one year of swimming experience and be confident in the water before attempting to swim with a mermaid tail on their own.
  2. Your mermaid tail is NOT A FLOAT and does not help you stay afloat in the water. So, if you are not a confident swimmer, please use floats.
  3. We recommend you start practicing using only the monofin until they feel safe and confident enough to use the entire outfit.
  4. When you are swimming in your tail, please keep a SAFE DISTANCE FROM OTHER SWIMMERS. Your monofin can splash and even hurt someone.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR MERMAID TAIL

The fabric can rip/tear, puncture and fade, so please:

  1. Never leave your tail in the direct sun. To dry you tail, leave it in the shade.
  2. Be careful when inserting/removing the monofin.
  3. Try not to stand or hop while wearing your tail so it doesn’t scrape against anything sharp or rough, including the bottom and sides of the pool.
  4. ONLY HANDWASH IN COLD WATER. Do not use bleach, iron, or washer/dryer.
  5. We would love to see you in your new mermaid tail!!! Please, send us a picture or video to share with our exclusive Mermaidreams club.
